What local employers look for first

WHAT LOCAL EMPLOYERS LOOK FOR FIRST

Languages, stated plainly. Write the level, not a star rating: "Khmer native, English professional, Chinese conversational".
A phone number and a Telegram handle. Many employers here will contact you on Telegram before email.
One page unless you have more than eight years of experience.
Photo is normal here and often expected. A plain background beats a cropped party photo.
Salary expectation only if the advert asks for it.
