Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh is the heart of Cambodia, From afar people conjure up an image of the exotic city, which is located at a riverine crossroad with Mekong River’s two-stream, Tonle Sap River, and Tonle Bassac River. These four rivers confluence into a K-shaped junction at the east of the city. That K-shaped junction, it means the “Four Faces” river we mentioned previously. And it was the former name of the historic Capital – “Chaktomuk” – the mighty “Chaktomuk” River is wide and rolling waves. The roads lead to streets nestled in coconut and banana leaves, and luxuriant trees. And flowers spread all over, one of the most beautiful cities in Southeast Asia. It is quite rich in graceful interests ever, I think.
